Paper submission is through CMT paper management systems. If you already have CMT login, you can make use of that otherwise, you may need to create a login for CMT.

Authors are encouraged to submit their work, research for possible publication. Each submitted paper after initial screening will undergo a review process. Minimum three reviewers have to provide their comments. However, final decision would lie with the TPC Chairs. At least one of the authors of the accepted paper will have to register their paper for the presentation. Accepted and presented paper will be submitted for possible publication in IEEE Xplore.

Tutorial, Workshop and Invited Paper is also Invited. Please submit via CMT Submission Portal.

Please follow the template to prepare the paper. Authors MUST use this template (prefer US size in the case of Doc). Non compliance may result in DESK REJECT.
